What happens after they hear your name.

Your competitors aren't better. They are easier to find.

When someone is told to call you, they look you up. Google, the map, reviews, sometimes ChatGPT. If the listing is empty, the site is vague, and nobody has written a review, they call the name that shows up with proof. That is the leak. We close it.

What we do

Three things that get you found and get you called.

No jargon and no bloated retainers. Just the work that brings in customers for a local business, done for you from start to finish.

01

Get found

Be the name that comes back when they look you up. Google Business Profile built and kept current, the pages that name the work and the city, the reviews that make a stranger comfortable dialing.

02

Make what they find worth calling

A listing with no photos and a tired site wastes the click. Real pictures of the work, a site that says what you do and where, short video when it helps. We come to you and shoot it.

03

Stay in front

A listing nobody touches dies. Posts, new photos, content that starts as a page and becomes two or three social posts, the profile kept current every month.

Current engagement · Healthcare

Reaching the Spanish-speaking patients a Wellington practice was missing.

Isaac Halfon, MD · Wellington, FL · Underway since August 2026

The problem

Dr. Halfon is a sole practitioner inside a larger group, so rebuilding the main website was never on the table. The opening was an audience he wasn't reaching. Spanish-speaking women in Wellington search in Spanish, and he barely surfaced for them. He speaks Spanish himself, which is exactly the thing his listing never said.

The scope

The engagement covers bilingual content built around what he actually offers, a full rebuild of his Google Business Profile, on-site photography and video made with the practice rather than for it, and a review system that stays inside the rules healthcare has to follow.

The process

Simple by design. You run your business. We handle the marketing.

Step 01

See where you stand

A look at what comes up when someone searches your name. Google, the map, reviews, the site, what AI says. You leave with the three things I would fix.

Step 02

Fix the foundation

We tighten your website, profile, and content so AI and search engines trust and recommend you. This is the groundwork everything else builds on.

Step 03

Keep you in front

Your Google Business Profile actively managed month to month, not set once and left alone: posts, photos, services, and questions kept current. On-site photo and video shoots so your listing and social show your real space and your real team. Social media run for you, content that keeps search engines and AI reading you as active, and one-pagers, flyers or collateral whenever you need something to hand someone.

Who's behind Barth Reach

You work with me. Not a team that rotates.

I'm Aaron Leibowitz, and I live in West Palm Beach. I started Barth Reach to bring real marketing to the local businesses around me: no big-agency runaround, no buzzwords, just the work that makes your phone ring.

I am one person. That is the point. No account manager, no recap deck, no junior writing the posts. The repetitive pulls, rankings, listings, competitor research, first drafts, get done with tools, so you are not paying five people to sit in a meeting. The judgment, the writing, the shoot, and the call are mine.

For ten years before Barth Reach, I built the marketing that turned companies into the trusted name in their space, running growth and product marketing at CertiK, BitGo, Fuzzland, Redefine, Novo, and Aartoo.

Questions, answered

The things local owners ask us first.

You are not paying for a team that rotates, an account manager, a recap deck, a junior writing the posts. It is me: the strategy, the writing, the shoot, the call. The repetitive research and drafting get done with tools, so I am not billing you for five people in a meeting. That is exactly why the price is a fraction of an agency's.

More people are asking ChatGPT, Grok, and Google's AI things like "best OBGYN near West Palm Beach" instead of scrolling a list of links. Those tools recommend a few specific businesses. We make sure yours is one of them by setting up your information so AI can find, trust, and cite you.

Not always. Sometimes we improve what you have, its speed, structure, and the content that helps you get found. If the site is holding you back, we'll tell you plainly and rebuild it. Either way the goal is the same: more calls, not a prettier page for its own sake.

Some fixes, like your Google Business Profile, can move quickly, within weeks. Content and reputation build over months. We set realistic expectations up front and show you the numbers as they move.

Most clients start with a one-time setup to fix the foundation, then a straightforward monthly to keep you in front. There's no one-size-fits-all retainer. The next step is a call. We search your name, I tell you what I would fix, and you get a number tailored to your business.

Palm Beach County is home base and where we know the market best, but we work with local businesses across South Florida. If you serve a local area, we can help you own it.
